How do I sign up?＋
Press Sign up, enter your email and a password. A 6-digit code arrives in your inbox — type it in and your account is verified and signed in.
How do I buy a ticket?＋
Open an event, pick a package or tap seats on the hall map. After Order you have 10 minutes to pay by QR or bank transfer. Once payment clears, the QR ticket appears in My tickets and your email.
How can I pay?＋
Scan the QR with any Mongolian banking app (Khan, Golomt, TDB, Xac, M bank, State bank) or transfer to our account. Always put the order number in the transfer description.
How do I use the QR at the gate?＋
My tickets → Show QR, then show your phone to the steward. The QR rotates every time a ticket changes hands, so screenshots and copies are void.
Can I resell my ticket if plans change?＋
Yes! My tickets → Resell, set your price and it goes on the official market. Prices are capped at 110% of face value. When it sells you get notified and your payout is recorded.
Are resale tickets safe to buy?＋
100%. The moment you buy, the previous owner's QR is invalidated and a brand-new QR is issued to you. Unlike street resale, fakes are impossible here.
Can I get a refund?＋
If an event is cancelled you get a full refund. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable — but you can always list them on the resale market.
The verification code never arrived. What now?＋
Check your Spam/Junk folder. After 60 seconds the Resend code button activates. Also double-check the email address you typed.
